Karin is a wealth of information. Her biofeedback sessions have always been on point and help guide me to lifestyle changes that will improve my physical and emotional health. Her office is peaceful and I look forward to the relaxing sessions. It always makes me feel great! She is such a professional and has so much experience. I highly recommend her!
Karen & Firefly Within are amazing!! Life saving, caring and super knowledgeable. The biofeedback is an incredibly balancing, relaxing experience....but beyond this, my Husband has been strugling with a serious health issue for several years & it was Karen who correctly diagnosed what was causing the problem. I can't say enough good things about Karen at Firefly Within. She is such a kind beautiful soul who is extremely experienced. She helped my son tremendously and you could literally see such a difference after every session. My family will be forever grateful and I can't recommend her enough!
