I have a monthly massage with Kate and she is wonderful! I recommend her to everyone.
I had a really disappointing experience with one of the massage therapists, Jenny, last night. I specifically requested a deep tissue massage, but what I received was far too intense and uncomfortable. What surprised me most is that she never once checked in to ask how the pressure was and I was a new client (this is something all good massage therapists do with their clients). The staff was great. Makala was so great at helping me book an appointment for myself and my sister. And she couldn’t have been friendlier when we got there.. I was very happy with Jenny for my massage, first ever. And my sister Heather was very impressed with Miriam for her facial and she loves all the products she bought. Just a really pleasant environment and an overall great experience. We will be back!
The receptionist who assisted us was lovely, professional, and kind to me and my daughter. Deb did a wonderful job with the service and made me feel heard, valued and cared for. Excellent service!
