I would not recommend Firefly Therapy. My daughters have been patients here for about a year, and throughout that time, the clinic repeatedly canceled our appointments with very little notice, often just 4 to 7 hours beforehand. This happened over a dozen times, which made it extremely difficult to maintain any consistency in care. One month, we had three appointments canceled in a row, either on the morning of or the night prior. This is a really wonderful Clinic. Everybody is so kind from the front desk staff to all the people that work in the offices..

Very sad how upper management has decided to ruin this company. The best counseling they conduct is in checking their pocket books. No scheduling help and No interest from the staff in the patients, just in the last four digits of your card.

I have attempted to schedule multiple times and unfortunately they do not respond, or if they do, it’s weeks later. Very unhelpful customer service and coordination of care to even establish.

In the State of Oregon co-parents can't be compelled to share custody. If one of them doesn't agree to share, no matter the petty reason, then one parent becomes custodial parent and the other becomes non-custodial. This often has nothing to do with the "fitness" of the parent and has everything to do with revenge and control, often from the custodial parent.
