We've been to this location 7-8 times since they've opened. Overall, it's a decent place to dine. Food is lacking creativity, but is consistent in quality. The execution from the host stand to the kitchen has always been well done and free of errors. My ick with Firebirds is the service. Ive not ever had a knowledgeable server. This last experience was the most disappointing in terms of service. She wasnt rude, but she obviously didnt want to be there and had zero bar knowledge. Is "service" just taking orders now? Went early for lunch, excellent service and delicious food. Everything came out in a timely manner, not long after we finished the appetizer our main dish arrived. Our waiter was on top of everything, we never had a table crowded with dishes. My husband and I only mentioned once that we were planning to share an entree, and they went one step above just giving us an extra plate like most places would by going ahead and serving the meal split exactly in two for each of us .
