Today is my birthday and I was super excited to go to firebirds in Ft.Mill first time coming since we are regulars in South Park location. The food was amazing as far as steaks, sides and drinks. Location is beautiful 🤩 Unfortunately I had a server by the name Michelle who had us sit for 18 mins after being seated by the lovely host. Michelle not only passed us by 5 times with no acknowledgement. My husband then got up after 25 mins waiting for someone to greet us, he went up to the hostess and asked who our server was. Came here for lunch and sat at the bar. Steak tacos were really good! The food came out very quickly and Lori at the bar was super attentive and even offered to get me a drink to go! Highly recommend her!
Food was mediocre at best. The french fries were not crispy and the meat was blah. The waitress appeared to be anxious to get us in and out quickly. Almost frustrated that we weren’t making up our mind quickly. I didn’t go there expecting fast food. The tables for two were tiny, and their location seemed be an afterthought to increase capacity.
Food and service was awesome.. it was a loud from conversation.. tables were tight. Enjoyed it with friends and we will go back.. I had the Prime Rib.. worth it.. the Mushrooms .. yes Reservations help
