Ordered a steak and a side, they brought out a wrong steak. They took it back to correct the order and left the side, which by the time they bought the correct steak was cold and the rest of the party were done with their meal. What waste for a steak that they charged over $55. Absolutely horrible never go there again.
This place always delivers on great food and awesome customer service! Great experience here, even on busy nights!
Overall, this restaurant delivers a good experience, but there is a noticeable inconsistency in food portions across locations. We dined at one location and then visited another the very next day for a birthday gathering. We ordered the exact same meal, yet the portion sizes were significantly different, which was disappointing and something management should address for brand consistency.
