We reserved a month in advance for 20 people, mentioning it was a surprise and needed setup. Upon arrival, they refused setup or seating without a majority, ruining our plans. The appetizers were tasty, but we couldn’t order them for 1.5 hours due to inattentive service. Many never got drink refills, and it took 2.5 hours for the main course. We felt like we were bothering the staff, spent over $1,000, and were utterly disappointed. I’ll never host a dinner there again.

Must have been a new server, older lady, blonde hair, forgot her name. Started off fine, but after food was served, she disappeared. Never came back to check on us, failed to refill our drinks. Took forever to receive our check and then when she finally came to our table, I provided my card, she came back twenty-five minutes later to just drop off my card and said with a less than pleasant voice, have a nice weekend. Firebirds is a chain steakhouse that often does not let me down. I don't come here too often, but I have eaten here enough to say that the steaks are enjoyable. They are a few tiers above your average steakhouse, and the prices reflect that but not too heavily. Most items are still at an affordable price. You do also get a much more elegant atmosphere along with it. I can't say that the steaks are the best in the world, but if you choose the right ones, you can have quite a flavorful experience.
