My partner and I came here for our anniversary and our server, Brittany S was an absolute delight! This was our first time at this establishment and all I can say is that she made it a FANTASTIC experience. Brittany was quick to make recommendations for our appetizer selection and made excellent suggestions when it came to which wines to pare with our steaks. We would love to visit Firebirds again in the near future and hope that Brittany is there to take care of us. She had us laughing and smiling the whole time!

One diner had steak tacos. Taco shells were too full and hard to handle and not well seasoned. Steak should have been sliced thinner. They are a new offering and need some adjustment. On the other hand the brunch burger was excellent, cooked medium well with bacon and fried egg. Fries were okay, but could have been a little crispier. The server was excellent.

I enjoyed a lunch combo with a cheeseburger and soup. I was very pleasantly surprised that the soup was a bowl and not a cup. I was also surprised that I was only asked how I wanted the burger cooked. If you don't like onions or tomato, you need to speak up.

Brittany S. was our amazing server. She was knowledgeable with the drinks and Menu and suggested different items for each person based on requests. Very large portions on the sides. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the breeze and shade. Very comfortable. We camped out for 3 hours catching up with old friends as we drove through. We look forward to our next visit and will be requesting Brittany S. as our babysitter!!!

Unfortunately for this being our first time, The service was good, we sat at the bar, the drinks we ordered were good but the food was not good or fulfilling, The presentation of our plate was not what we were expecting at all, the sides we ordered weren’t flavorful. Our filet was not cooked to correct temperature and the bacon was undercooked. We were so excited to give this place a try because of the location and reviews. But we will not be visiting again.
