The staff is clearly not trained well. Curbside pickup orders ask for your full name. Apparently the order taker only writes the first name, so if you pick up with your last - or even full - name, they can't find the order. Happened to me, called twice to say "I'm here" and no one came out to see what the problem might be. That is nothing more than a lack of proper training. And the manager did nothing either. had prime rib and it was like eating tough flank steak. All the sides were pre packaged nothing seemed fresh. Price definitely did not reflect meal
