We visited Firebirds yesterday and initially had a good experience being seated. The attendants at the front were very accommodating and helpful in finding a table for us, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, once we were seated, no waiter or waitress ever came over to acknowledge or assist us. We made eye contact with staff 4-5 times, but no one stopped by our table. 5 star Food, 10 star service… upon Qalking in we were greeted by a gentleman Opening the door for us… our waiter malan was Outstanding very attentive and Funny, we will definitely be coming back….
Our waiter was amazing. If he wasn’t there we probably would have left. The filet I ordered med was more like well done with burnt to a crisp outside. The workshop was tough. My daughter did like the firebirds chicken pasta. It was absolutely a let down, especially for my birthday dinner.
Had an excellent meal at this location. Food was fresh and delicious. Our server, Maud, made the entire dining experience pleasant. She was exceptionally professional and friendly. Highly recommend!
