So bummed. I've been there twice. First time service and food were excellent. I was so impressed, I took my mom for her birthday. There were no more than 8 tables seated and none were big parties. Our waitress wasn't attentive and the drinks were too strong. My mom couldn't even drink hers. Food was on point and kept me wanting more. I would give them a other try but I couldn't recommend to anyone in the future.
Appetizers were so good. So filling, we couldn't order dinner.
Wings are really good. Waitress seemed mad about something. It showed in the service she provided. Food was all good from there.
Really great place. More people should know about it! Loved the warm decor and the aroma. We tried the specialty drinks, yum! My friend and I both had salmon, mine wood-grilled, hers sesame encrusted. Both entrees were excellent. There were several things on the menu that we would have liked to have tried. We decided we have to keep coming back so we can!
I had a birthday dinner here last night. The staff was amazing and so attentive to our party. The food was Delicious and so are the drinks. Our Waitress was one of a kind and helped make the evening special. The manager delivered on all her promises
We always enjoy Firebirds, but last night was particularly nice. We happened to arrive for happy hour and enjoyed the Bar Bites (grilled shrimp tacos, sliders, and cheese for pretzels but got fries instead at the suggestion of another couple) and drinks. The waitress was very nice and just the right amount of attention. I highly recommend!
Salty soups, too many herbs in meat loaf, Warm food not hot. Been there a few times but overall not impressed as is declined over the years
