Firebird tours is an amazing travel company. We travel with Firebird every year and we could not be happier because we can plan trip as we want, we have awesome knowledgeable destination specialists helping us plan everything and it costs 2 or 3 times less than with other luxury travel companies.

All they wanted was the money. The Covid-19 pandemic prevented my wife and I from traveling to Russia in September 2020. The US State Dept advised against Russia travel, the world was wearing masks, social distancing was advised, curfews, risk of quarantine, etc. But, Firebird and Sim represented that the trip would leave on time, with no in-country restrictions. Our trip to Italy was canceled due to Coronavirus and they only refunded 70% of our trip. Keeping 30% in their bank account. They say we will have a travel voucher for that much but with customer service like they have, I don't believe they will be solvent in a year. Stay away.

Extremely disappointing tour of Italy's cultural capitals. We are halfway through the tour and have been mislead by Firebird's descriptions. We have traveled many times internationally, and with tour groups several times - I would not recommend Firebird at all. There has been minimal/no support with luggage when traveling from Venice to Florence.
