I have organized a perfect trip for my parents anniversary. It was their first time in Italy and cultural tour was a perfect match. I highly appreciated the help when I was planning this trip, all advises helped to improve each part of this perfect trip. Special thanks to support team and perfect, very nice and wonderful guides, I understand how difficult it to restart travelling after a year of self isolation. Great job!
Firebirds organized a 9 day trip for my husband and myself to Croatia, Bosnia & Montenegro. Everything we asked for was superbly provided - local guides, accommodations, transportation, emergency contact. We will definitely use their services again!
We took a ten day tour of Scotland and Ireland through Firebird. Mostly private drivers who doubled as tour guide. Possibly the best trip of our lives. Things were completely seamless and could not possibly have gone any better. The driver/guides were timely, friendly, talkative and informative. Hotels were superb. All but one of the vehicles were were in were new Mercedes. I'm not sure what I would have done without Firebird Tours. My trip to Italy was truly magnificent thanks to them! Great hotels, great tour guides who were always there for me with a smile on their face and an answer at the ready when I had any questions. They are definitely THE BEST!!!
My wife and I went to Greece for our honeymoon and Firebird took care of everything. They were beyond professional and courteous. Everything from picking us up from the airport to even helping usadd an extra day to our trip, they went above and beyond. The drivers they used were amazing and nice and I honestly do not have anything negative to say about them!
For a last minute trip, Alexandra did an amazing job putting together all the parts of my once-in-a-lifetime adventure so I could experience three beautiful Baltic countries in less than two weeks. She was great at responding to any questions and booking hotels that were both convenient as well as better quality than what I had expected! We took a trip to Dubai with Firebird Tours, and everything is spot on. It is our last day of a trip now, and it just had been an amazing experience. We were hesitant and nervous about traveling at that time when boarders closing and opening, but Firebird supported and explained us everything we need to know, scheduled a visit for our PCR testing for our flight home, made us feel safe and enjoy our vacation. Our trip to Russia & Helsinki last year was absolutely wonderful especially during this unpredictable times. I was amazed & so impressed with all of the accommodations made by firebird tours! Our guides Dasha & Tatyana we completely wonderful so so knowledgeable! There knowledge is what really made our trip such an impeccable one! I cannot talk highly enough about them, there restaurant recommendations we 100% on point as well!
