Some genuinely nice people on their staff but their quality is very spotty at best and their general manager would rather make their error your problem than admit a mistake and fix it. I've been spending over $10k with them annually for a few years now and their latest comedy of errors (and refusal to own it) is sending me to start a credit card dispute and find a new supplier.
