I've held off on leaving a review for this restaurant for quite some time, despite repeated experiences of poor customer service. On one occasion, I even tipped in advance when placing a pickup order, only to be met with rudeness and indifference—something I regretted immediately. Tonight was the last straw. Great customer service, food is always good
This is the third time I have used the website to order and the third time no matter how much I looked over it the same thing happened. My order was not correct. I got a message from the owner that they have a glitch in the system and are trying to fix it but that was it. I will now drive across town to wingstop so I know I will get what I ordered. People Fire wings has awesome wings but they cant get their crap together.
