I was wondering where I should eat today, and I wanted to try a new chicken place! Saw that this was recommended, 25 minute drive. Sure, why not! I kid you not, the service here is absolutely phenomenal. It was my first time here, and was guided by 2 wonderful employees here!! They were telling me about their promotions, gave me their recommendations, and even allowed me to sample some of the flavors they offer! Super Bowl Sunday. I ordered wings 4 hours in advance. The driver sat there for over 20 minutes waiting. Then they canceled the order and said they couldn’t fill it. This is enough to never, ever order there again. Update 4/10/26 I can’t imagine receiving a less sincere apology. It’s clear the owner does not know how frustrating that was.
The girl with the braid is a horrible worker. She has no initiative and poor work ethic. The orders are ready on the counter for 5 minutes and she doesn’t call out the names. My food is so cold now because of her. Disgraceful service
