The two service techs servicing our pellet stove were great. They cleaned the chimney, pellet stove and explained some of the internal mechanisms that we were unaware of. From our pellet stove to the custom propane fire pit they built and installed at our vacation home they have been great to work with.
Special thanks and kudos to Moses and Harry for the gas fireplace they put in for us this last week. The craftsmanship is excellent, and both Moses and Harry were knowledgeable, friendly, respectful of our property, and particularly helpful in explaining how it operates. Fire & Water knows its stuff, and we appreciate their professionalism!

Several years ago we contracted Fire and Water to remove our inefficient gas fireplace installed in our new home and install a Quadra Fire pellet stove. They installed a marble surround and performed all of the wiring. The unit is annually cleaned and inspected by Fire and Water technicians. The workmanship is exceptional and the unit performs so well that we rarely need to utilize our HVAC system for heating, significantly reducing our winter heating bills. Our new outdoor kitchen far exceeds anything we could have imagined. Paco and Manuel were the 2 that arrived each day from Fire and Water to create our new kitchen. They were extreme gentlemen while working at our house. They worked very hard and long days. They are truly artists!
