I reached out to request a simple annual fire extinguisher inspection and received a quick response, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed to learn that they refuse to provide this service unless you commit to a full package of fire protection services. I first reached out to Fire Protection, Inc. through the contact form to request basic service information. After waiting several days, I followed up by phone. Although I eventually received a reply, it lacked detail and didn’t fully address my original questions. Due to the back-and-forth, I chose to pause the process.
