We hired them to take over commercial fire monitoring after our monitoring company went out of business. And, they never set it up. We had to hire another monitoring company. Fpi doesn't have customers. They're taking hostiges Signing a service agreement with them was probably the dumbest decision I made in years.

I reached out to request a simple annual fire extinguisher inspection and received a quick response, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed to learn that they refuse to provide this service unless you commit to a full package of fire protection services. For a company in this industry, not offering a basic, stand-alone inspection feels unnecessarily restrictive and inconvenient for smaller properties.
