My propane fireplace needed a replacement part. They came and cleaned the fireplace and then told me they might not be able to get the part. They couldn’t, I was charged over $200 and my fireplace still doesn’t work!

Excellent professional service. Had them out to do a spring clean on my pellet stove. Showed up on time and explained everything they were going to do. Highly recommend them for all your stove needs!
Fire N Stone exceeded all expectations! I am grateful for the professionalism and attention to detail they showed throughout the process. The stove is beautiful 3 years later. What we thought was going to be a huge project installation turned out to be done much faster (and a lot less messy) than I initially assumed it would. The amount of questions we asked would probably get on the nerves of most anyone, but the installer was kind enough to answer all of them with patience.
I have 3 pellet stoves all installed by fire and stone.i highly recommend them
Our House was a Hot Box! 90+ degree temps. We couldnt live like that anymore! Angelo and his crew at Fire N Stone had the answer. An Electric heating and cooling system. We get the best of both worlds a climate controlled house and an Energy Efficient System that saves me $100s of dollars in the winter on Oil cost. THANKS FIRE N STONE!!!
