RecommendedI spoke with Sarah and was able to get the right part I needed for my gas fireplace. As soon as the part came in they installed it and got my fireplace working again! Sarah and the technician were friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend them for any gas fireplace needs :)
Another annual stove and chimney cleaning. I wasn’t home but my wife was and she specifically asked me to let you know that your technician was great. Polite,friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you. Reading some of these reviews just reminds me that some people can’t be pleased. See you next year!!
they could improve by not screwing over customers, they are great liars and do not do the work that's on the work order, they hide it so you dont see it. you can call about defected parts and they come but dont fix it. I had carbon monoxide coming into my home from there lousy installation and called the fire department on three separate occasions, only to have fire and stone say it wasnt coming from there install, that was proven false.they complained they came out numerous times and didnt charge me, well no, these were cal... read more
I recently was treated horribly by the owner of this company over the phone.. I was unhappy with my service and only wanted someone to come back and fix it.. she flat out refused after I told her I paid over $400.. i’m very unhappy and will never use this company again..

Unfortunately this person, who I might point out is not the owner or customer but her sister that let us in, is not in the least bit being truthful. The actual customer called with some concerns which we took note of and said we would pull up the service records and speak with the technician to investigate further and call her back on Wednesday. 5 Mins after that phone call the poster called saying the same concerns. I had Fire N Stone do inspections on two chimneys at our new home we were in the process of purchasing. I then got quotes from three companies first was Fire N Stone who said we need to completely rebuild which would be $20k for both chimneys. But then both of the other quotes were repairs under $10k for both chimneys. Unfortunately I will never recommend this company as there is no trust or honesty.
