I do most of my bead shopping at fire mountain but this past purchase was just not good and now they are not responding to me at all.. I ordered some miyuki delicas in different colors. I got a tube of orange beads instead of opaque red. I wasn't upset the first time so I emailed them and they said they'd send me a new tube and I have to send back the other tube I was ok with that. Untill I received my replacement ORANGE AGAIN.. And the tube says on it opaque red.I emailed them twice and nothing back now.. So now I have alot... read more

Nice variety of items. Lots of different selections within item grouping. Prices aren’t bad, either. Very reasonable. Ease of ordering online. Mail from them comes in a timely manner. I love the cabs, aromatherapy pendants, and much more. Thank you.

I bought a deluxe cooking Gizmo in October of 2018 and was delayed in opening it til this past weekend. When I called customer service today and asked if I could get help with the product, she told me she could ask but could not promise an answer. I get the 90 day return policy, but this product was broken and I was hoping for a substitution of the simpler version or referral to someone who could help me make it work.
