The process is very helpful to recovery from soreness. The staff are very helpful and always accomodating. To compete at the highest levels, you need Cryotherapy. It is way easier and less painful than an ice bath.
Did my first session with my hisband and it was amazing. Can't wait to go again. Staff is friendly and the very professional.
