We had an ongoing issue with a fuse repeatedly blowing in our HVAC system, and Kal responded quickly and resolved the problem efficiently. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Fire & Ice!
I don’t even know how to express my gratitude to this family owned business. I talked to Kal on Saturday afternoon when my air conditioner decided he was done cooling me off. He came over Sunday afternoon checked out my system sat down and gave me a quote gave me senior discount military discount. I gave him a deposit. I had generally good experiences with this company except for when I ran into issue with my new AC unit they installed in March. The AC unit started making loud and strange noises within a month of installing, I called the company and they sent someone out who did not seem to know what he was doing and was generally a very rude person to interact with. Fire and Ice was very quick to respond and get me fixed up during a severe heat wave. The office was friendly and responsive, the tech was knowledgeable and friendly , and the price was very reasonable. Best HVAC company I’ve ever worked with.
