Fire and Ice was highly recommended from our home inspector and they provided exceptional service when installing and maintaining our Lennox system through the years. Highly recommend this business to homeowners.
I had generally good experiences with this company except for when I ran into issue with my new AC unit they installed in March. The AC unit started making loud and strange noises within a month of installing, I called the company and they sent someone out who did not seem to know what he was doing and was generally a very rude person to interact with. Fire and Ice was very quick to respond and get me fixed up during a severe heat wave. The office was friendly and responsive, the tech was knowledgeable and friendly , and the price was very reasonable. Best HVAC company I’ve ever worked with.
Fire & Ice has maintained our HVACs for over a decade and they always been professional, customer focused and have performed excellent work every time. They are right priced add dont oversell.
I am so impressed with Fire & Ice HVAC and so glad I had them out!!! I had several other HVAC companies come out and every one of them took a few minutes to look and told me that my upstairs unit wasn’t cooling properly because I needed a new unit… Fire & Ice HVAC came out and took the time to treat my unit like it was their own, they took a deeper look trying to find solutions not a big pay day.
