Had a small issue with our furnace, I sent an email and got a call back within hours and had an appointment set up for the following day. Rafael called me letting me know he was on his way, and arrived right on time. He was very professional and friendly and had the problem diagnosed fast. An hour later and the part had been replaced and we were good to go! I appreciate the easy experience.
I’ve used Fire & Ice a few times, including this last week for an HVAC tuneup. I’ve been impressed with their information, honesty and not trying to cringy upsell like other folks in this space do. They’ve done solid work and that combo will keep me coming back to them.

KUDOS to David and Rafael! We recently had to reach out to Fire & Ice for their assistance in resolving an issue with our air conditioner when it decided to stop working. David paid us a visit mid-week and was able to diagnose and repair the issue, as well as perform our annual service (which I had lagged on earlier in the year).
