KUDOS to David and Rafael! We recently had to reach out to Fire & Ice for their assistance in resolving an issue with our air conditioner when it decided to stop working. David paid us a visit mid-week and was able to diagnose and repair the issue, as well as perform our annual service (which I had lagged on earlier in the year). I love this company! I loved Joe (the technician that came out). Their prices are reasonable. And their work quality is top notch. Will definitely use them from now on. I definitely recommend them!
We have used them twice. Once for our inside air conditioner condenser and pan about 2 years ago. The repair is going strong! And just recently for the outside capacitor went out and blew some fuses as well. The tech was efficient, diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to complete the repair on the same visit to diagnose the issue. I am super impressed and the bill was reasonable. Thank you for the amazing and reliable service. 10 out of 10 recommend these guys!
They didn’t work on my neighbors house and trampled my garden after repeatedly asking them to look out my whole bok choy ruined because they didn’t have a folding ladder this is stupid my property was destroyed
