Bought a brand new AC from them because they did not drain the calcium from the lines. The air conditioner has been shutting off for over a year. Fire and Ice had us replace the Air Handler and compressor. Insurance paid half and I paid half. It was still not right, even on day one. SAME ISSUE, so we let them know. They came out. I would not recommend Fire & Ice for your AC repair. I was assigned them as my provider through my home warranty (American Home Shield) and it has been a miserable experience. My unit was not cooling well, in addition it was producing a massive amount of water (leaking from the unit and not through the primary drain). A Fire & Ice technician was out twice to evaluate my unit. I was told I needed a $3000 replacement of the entire AC handler. Had to use them through AHS. Booked out for 27 days. When repair day finally came, technician was in and out in less than 7 minutes. He stated the furnace door had a gap open at the door, I didnt have enough insulation & that my AC will always be 10 degrees cooler and never more. He pointed to a area of the ceiling he said had no insulation lol. Does this guy think I've never been in my own attic? I highly recommend Fire & Ice for air conditioner repair! Jerry came out and saved the day! He showed up on time, very friendly and polite, and definitely knowledgeable. He was able to get our old A/C back up and running in no time. Fire & Ice will be my go to for all things A/C from now on. 10/10

I was assigned another company through AHS. That company said they couldn’t get to me for 10 days. I told them that I had dogs and would even pay outside my deductible to get them out quicker, with no luck. AHS then assigned Fire and Ice. They were prompt with scheduling, came out the very next day, and diagnosed my problem quickly. Within 30 minutes I had air again. Jerry was great.
