Okay, not for me. I was looking to get a continuous workout in and it was supposed to be a 1hour class, but only got through 2 sets of workouts. Lots of interruptions and not well structured, more of go with the flow type gym. The trainer was helpful in correcting my form on the deadlift.
Awesome gym environment here! The coaches are so friendly and helpful, and the classes always kick my butt! I’ve hit multiple all time gym PRs since being a member

Was in town visiting from Ohio for the weekend and went here this morning for a drop-in during open gym. It was my first time ever going and I absolutely loved it. It was like a home-gym away from home. They had everything I could have needed for my workout (and then some) without any of the unnecessary frills. Definitely recommend for anyone in the area looking for a serious place to train and workout.
Absolute best gym hands down. Been to several, including those labeled as "high-end" - whatever that means, and no one knows how to use weights or barbells properly. At Fire, they actually teach you the proper movements with an excellent staff - shout out to Coaches Nita and Tracey!
