Very interesting because Anna became very belligerent when I initially tried to hire them for what they told USAA they could fix my roof for. She told me they were not roofers so I asked why they gave an estimate to fix the roof they could not accept. She told me it is because they have an agreement with USAA to provide estimates. Now USAA is saying my roof can get fixed for what Fire and Flood says but no one will do it for that price.
Could not deliver on the price they gave us or the insurance company
Does not do what they say they will do. They are only middle people and don't actually do the work.
