Terrible customer service!
I’ve bought two gas fireplaces and a hot tub from them. I would not go anywhere else. Their customer service is the best! I drove them crazy trust me they are great ! They’ve been to my house several times, always respectful and professional

I was looking for a quality hot tub to replace my last tub and everything I read about Artic Spas during my research was great. I went to Fire Finesse and spoke with Jessica and Brenda they made the whole experience from purchase to the delivery from Kevin and Frankie the best, I live at the end of a long hill / driveway they came up moved the spa in and helped set it up on my pad, my electrician came later that day and by the next day I was in my tub and soaking away my aches and pains. I shopped around for a fireplace insert for about a month and got a feel for how most companies treat customers looking to purchase one. Every company I contacted could not give me a straight price on the cost until I visited Fire Finesse. Fire Finesse not only provided me a firm price but provided an invoice with all costs associated showing me what I was paying for. I just had the insert installed today and can’t be happier. The installation was professional, on time, and looks great.
Great people to work with, their after purchase help has been great and the Arctic Swim Spa may cost a little more, but it is defiantly worth it. It's very well insulated and you open a side panel and have access to all the parts the insulation is on the bottom, and side walls, not covering everything that may have to be worked on at some point.
I'm a repeat customer. They are great people to buy from and work with. Honest and fair.
Great customer service. I just went in for parts, I know I don't have much life left on my wood stove, when I buy a new on he I will buy it from them.
