Great place to get an effective workout! The classes are different and interesting. The time goes by so quickly and everyone is very welcoming.
This gym is unlike any you’ve likely been to: a well built indoor obstacle course to help supplement group workouts that will get your heart rate up and get a good sweat- you will work it! Using a combination of interval training, functional fitness, kettlebells and body weight in a positive all-levels-welcome environment, you will get a fantastic workout. And also has a gym dog!
Great boot camp style workouts! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to lose weight in a fun environment.
So in love with Fire eye fitness!!!! I came across this gym just before my deployment. I really needed something to get me by for the week and I wanted to really push myself. I was not expecting such amazing results in just one week! I feel 110% every evening after completing a boot camp class. It’s only been ONE week and I have lost almost 4 pounds!
