Just completed my first class and everyone was so incredibly welcoming, the class was hard and pushed me to my limits and was a fantastic workout!

Incredible atmosphere and people!! The classes are high energy and will leave you feeling so great and ready for the day. Stopped in for some classes while in town for the holidays, and felt like I was immediately apart of the community. 🫶

David (the owner and also an instructor) brings such motivating energy, it honestly feels like he was born to do this. Spin is never easy, but his choreography, music choices, and instruction make it something you actually look forward to.
