David (the owner and also an instructor) brings such motivating energy, it honestly feels like he was born to do this. I've been going here for a couple months now, and I gotta say I am obsessed with this place! David and all of his instructors are awesome. They are welcoming to all skill levels, and they make the classes both fun and challenging. If you've never done a spin class before, this is a great place to get started. You can rent the shoes, and they will help you get your bike adjusted and show you how to clip and unclip. David is wheel-y the most wonderful business owner 🚲 He’s genuinely kind, and his energy and motivation in class are contagious.
