My wife and I had an emergency leak in our residential sprinkler system, and shut the water off to our whole unit. One call to Fire Busters and they got back to me promptly and had someone dispatched within the hour. We had water back the same day and can’t recommend them enough for routine or emergency repairs.
Had Fire Busters design the system for a new house. Ended up contracting the project with someone else which I regret a lot. Thought I would save a lot of money but the other quote was not all inclusive and it ended up causing me a lot of frustration and almost the same amount of money. Fire Busters had to do the engineering certificate and they were very helpful and prompt. Really appreciate Tim Kelly and Wes who did the review and help identify what was not correctly done. Appreciated their work. Called about an old sprinkler head which Mike came and replaced. Needed a pressure reducing valve which Mike noticed and provided a quote. Even though the job was harder than anticipated, he stuck to the quote, despite needing to come back a few times to find the right part. MIke was dependable and thorough and communicated well throughout the job. I would highly recommend MIke and Firebusters.
Edited- the owner reached out to follow up. We arranged for the job to be completed. Was done in less than an hour and at no charge! I can appreciate when a business follows up to make it right. Hoping the experience below was just a blip. Was basically ghosted by this company multiple times. Their communication was so bad. They didn’t care they damaged our ceiling.
