I was traveling cross country recently when the charger on my hearing aids died. They were still well under warranty, but I was far from home. I called Fire Audiology the week before I was going to be in Grand Forks for a few days and spoke with Sydney (I hope I’m spelling that right!!). She got some info, called me back about an hour later to explain what they were going to do.
