It may be true that you do good work, your billing system is absolute garbage. You didn't get measurements at all, you tried to charge employee rates that weren't listed in the contract we signed, you even tried to mark the bill up an extra percentage and call it an "industry standard." You overcharged us by 10,000 dollars. Obviously we fought it. Then you got impatient and called our landlord and put a lean on the building. You are thieves.
