His waiting room time is RIDICULOUS! Last week I waited for 2 hours and finally had to reschedule because I had to pick up my little boy from school. Today it is currently 12:05 pm. I had a 10:15 am appointment and still have not been seen. His staff is wonderful but it is time to find a new doctor.
Dr. Bannout is very professional. He takes the time to explain things to you. I don t feel like I am rushed out the door like cattle. The staff are very pleasant. I wouldn t go to any other doctor s office. My family and extended family see Dr. Bannout. That s how much we like him and his staff.
Dr. Bannout and staff are professional, caring and sincere. I have been going to him for several years and I am pleased with the service and care I receive. I bring reading materials with me when I go on appointments and I wait until my name is called. Patience is a virtue. I like the facility, closeness and cleanliness of the facility.
DR Bannout is worth the wait. He is thorough and caring, no one wants to have medical issues but if they do he is the one to see
I can tell you this he saved my life. I was going to another local Doctor who shall not be named who told me I had Acid Reflux. I was encouraged to go see Dr. Tomus and that Tuesday afternoon I was in the hospital. He knew I had more severe complications than acid reflux, so he called in a few specialist to help diagnose my problem. Something some Doctors will not do often. Goodness forbid you need to renew a referral for this provider. I have been battling them with getting a renewed referral to see my obgyn in savannah. The receptionists can be very rude over the phone and the office is ALWAYS crowded. Not worth your time to see this provider.
I have been going to Dr Bannout for several years and yea there is a wait but if you can find a place that doesnt have one PLEASE post it b/c you wont find one. I have lived in Hinesville for 12 years and I have gone to almost every doctors office here and by far this is the BEST and he is really good!!! I have recommended several of my friends and coworkers to see him and still do. The only time people usually write here is when they are upset.
First off I will agree 100% that the wait time SUCKS. I have sat on several different occasions for hours to be seen. With that being said, my husband and I do truly like Dr. Bannout. In my opinion, and I can only speak of my own personal experiences, Dr. Bannout has great bedside manner. He has always listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. We feel that his services are worth the wait. I also have never had any problems with the staff.
I went in once, and immediately switched providers. Staff was rude, Dr. is pompous. After waiting over 3 HOURS to be seen, I was rushed through the appointment and was diagnosed (wrongly) without ANY assessment of any kind.
