Tenants smoke cigarettes and weed on the property, they run the fan all day and night in order to expel the insane amount of smoke, but it’s no use. It just oozes through the walls leaving my dwelling smelling terrible. Management is well aware and never does anything about the smokers or the noice that goes well past 10pm. If you are sensitive to smoke, have allergies and asthma, don’t live here. It’s a smoke house.
Good price, good location, manager Kelly is wonderful very helpful and timely on responses. Gave 4 stars because we have experienced a few maintenance problems but they are very timely to get things fixed. I'd live here again if I ever needed to renew my lease.
Management is strict and uptight. Parking is terrible, can’t have guests without being threatened to be towed. Quiet place nice people living there other than management. If you have only one car you have to move it even out of your assigned parking spot or you will be warned and towed.
