Updated- don't live here. Overpriced for units that are falling apart. Old management was fantastic. New management lies to your face. Escaped an uninhabitable unit after having the upstairs neighbor's bathroom flooded our unit. Management didn't care and left us with no flooring in our bathrooms (one bathroom down to the subflooring), giant hole in our master bedroom ceiling, master bath had no ceiling, main bathroom had a hole cut out as well as no ceiling in master closet. Just recently moved in love the place I can’t say enough good things. The manager was very nice and professional, maintenance just as nice and professional, the apartment itself is beautiful would definitely recommend living here.
Spacious 2BR & 3BR apartments. Lots of storage space. Fireplaces, decks or patios in all units. Trimet 88 bus stops right by apartments. Easy walk to Fir Grove grade school. Stores and restaurants short walk away. Washington Square 15 minutes (depends on traffic) away. Fred Meyer and other stores within 15 minutes drive. Great place to live.
Moved into this complex at the beginning of 10/2017 and so far we love it. The unit was very clean and nice and a lovely unit. Very home feeling. Quite neighborhood, you almost never hear anyone outside. Management is very friendly and professional. They have been extremely helpful and have been willing to work with us since we moved from a different town. Overall I would highly recommend this complex especially if you are looking for a quite family setting.
