Contacted and prepaid for a large delivery a week and half in advance for a bridal party that starts at 12PM, ending at 3PM, with delivery at 2PM. Fiori was willing to accept the payment just fine, no problem or concerns. The week before, they tell me they will call me when they arrive. BEWARE! I urge customers to carefully review their receipts and change at the Queens location. During my visit, the cashier intentionally overcharged me and when giving me back my change, I saw him pocket the extra cash. When I reported the incident to management via their website and on their social media, the only response received stated, "Hi dear Ema, thank you for business and supporting our business."
