Great contractor to work with. The installation was great and any issues that arose were quickly rectified. Mike not only adjusts on the fly, but makes the process seem less. From getting the permits to the cleanup. And if you have ever seen a roofing job it can be messy. Him and his team left my property cleaner than it was when they arrived. Easily recommend him to family and friends. Plan to use him again without hesitation. Also his pricing is extremely fair especially these days when some contractors can be overbearing.
I highly recommend. Michael came out at an accommodating time for me and gave me a clear quote. Needed a new vent for the bathroom and did it when it worked for my schedule. Very nice work with. Will definitely reach out to him again
My Mom had tree damage to her roof. Mike responded immediately by coming to the house to cover the holes since rain was in the forecast, He was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job replacing the roof, skylight, gutters, etc. I would highly recommend him.
Mike and his crew did a great job on the installation of a screen porch roof. There was more rot than was visible and the price adjustment was fair. The work quality was excellent, Mike is a pleasure to deal with, and did a great job of clean-up after the job was complete. I'd highly recommend Fiori Construction. Chris
