EDIT (since I cannot respond to the comment): say the extra charge was for shaping - charging $50 for shaping when the actual fill was only $40 is diabolical. Paying $90 for a FILL in total is crazy. Your prices should be more transparent if you’re going to charge MORE THAN double to get your nails shaped. IF the $50 charge was for shaping maybe you guys need to think about your pricing. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Fiona Nail Salon. I went in for something very simple—a soak-off—and ended up spending 1 hour and 30 minutes in the salon. When I arrived, no one properly acknowledged me or gave me an estimate of how long the wait would be. Once I finally started receiving service, the nail technician stopped midway through my soak-off to work on another customer without any explanation.
