This place has really gone downhill lately. In the last six months, the technical work has become sloppy—think uneven filing and patchy polish—and the staff has been disrespectful and dishonest with customers. Save your time and money.

Rude nail tech and bad products. Went in for a classic mani pedi, the nail polish was 80% nail polish remover. Instead of asking me to pick another, nail tech kept using and put way too many coats to make up for the light consistency. Additionally, she did not apply the top coat to the whole nail. Unless you are getting an expensive service, they do not treat you well. Super rude staff! I checked-in at front for a mani and pedi and waited . When they told me to sit down the lady doing my toes was super rude and not very careful then tells me all done, when I told her I all needed my nails done she acted surprised and started speaking in her native language to her fellow coworker. She did a super rushed job and didn’t even go all the way to edges as you can see in the pictures Do not recommend!
