Well run office building.
Lived in lakepoint commons for 2 years now. Great maintenance staff, very timely with any issues and resolve. Our apartment is well priced for the location and space, right next to UW main hospital and the Madison VA. Highly recommend this management company. Only downside is now that we are moving they have showed our apartment and did not always give proper notice (minor issue). On the plus side, Fiore, allowed us to postpone giving notice of renewing our lease for 2 months which most companies in this area would not have ... read more
