Extremely long wait with only two technicians while one took a lunch break. A few customers left while I was waiting
I just walked in the place, the atmosphere felt bad alread, very bad service , signed in but just walked out the minute I kept on seeing the work done on different clients that were there
I’ve been coming to this place for years I don’t come so often but never had a issue today that I go in I mention to the lady that she threaded my eyebrows more and have a ball spot and she said no I was insisting that she did but she kept saying no they don’t do bad work but if you wanna take a risk at it now good luck but second time this happens didn’t think it’ll happen again I’m eyebrows are not twins they just sisters I’ve never had my eyebrows looking like this feel bad for leaving this review but payed and head home ... read more
Styling eyebrows with them is just perfect
Very bad service, I asked for a clean up and ended up with really bad shape and patches. Take in mind I let them know I wasn't happy to see if someone else could help me fixed them not only did they not they said it's the best we can do charge me and the audacity still asked for a tip. SMH never again coming here. 😒
