Finzel's Mastertech is a joke. They charged my parents a little over $2000 and was never able to fix the problem. I CAN NOT understand why they did not have enough decency to offer them their money back! (or even some of it!!??). If this is the way they treat their customers, I will NEVER send my vehicle there and I hope you don’t either.
RecommendedWhat a great service! Everyone was super friendly and the free shuttle to and from work is an outstanding perk. I requested an alignment and oil change but was pleased to hear they checked other things such as offering to change my (badly worn) wiper blades. This was my first time with Finzel's and I will definitely be returning.

Wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. They know what they're doing...and their customer service is FANTASTIC. I first went to them a few years ago when they solved a tricky problem with my '79 T-Bird, and I haven't looked back! We take all our vehicles to them now. Knowledgeable and trustworthy...and that's saying a LOT from a mechanic's daughter. Thanks, everyone!

The owner "Steve" is not a nice guy. He got extremely rude once I told him all I was paying for was the diagnostics because they quoted me a $1100 rack and pinion repair. So then he suggested an irrelevant power steering flush that I went ahead and paid for. Well 1 week after I left the car starts to misfire like crazy. 2 weeks later undrivable. I went ahead and checked the powersteering fluid for the heck of it and its overflowing out of the reservoir! its 3 inches past the max fill line! He laughs as I talk to him on the p... read more
Very helpful and understanding of the language of my female-eze (i.e., I have no idea what I'm talking about, but this is what I was told...). Great prices and solved the issue quickly. I have A/C again!
