Good service with occsional communication issues Finzels Master Tech was the first place we were told to take our car to for service in Terre Haute. The manager, Steve, is very knowledgeable about all things cars, and his staff is more than happy to assist customers if he is gone for the day. RecommendedAlways a five star experience! They work with you to get issues taken care of quickly. They take care of the issues you came for and let you know of things that they notice, while not trying to upsell products. The people are nice and professional, the mechanics are knowledgeable and efficient, the waiting area is clean, warm/cool and has coffee and the paper. I can't believe everyone is not coming here yet. But, please don't everyone go here, because I will never get in! :)

So glad to have found Finzels! I’ve trusted them with lots of repairs, including a new engine in my work van. Not only do they do great work but they are as professional as it gets. Very organized and systematic, which leads to happy customers like me! I fully recommend them!
They worked with my dealer to get my clutch covered under warranty. They also caught hot spots in my flywheel that nobody else did. They made sure it got changed so it didn’t come back to bite me in the butt. They are polite, honest, and fast. I’d recommend Finzel’s to anybody!

When I was shopping for a used vehicle several years ago, Finzel's inspection service saved me from buying an overpriced lemon and gave me the information I needed to negotiate a fair price on an older truck in better condition. I've been taking that truck back to Finzel's for maintenance since I bought it several years ago, and I really can't recommend them highly enough.
