While in Florida on the West Coast it was recommended we try this restaurant. I must say the food was fabulous the view was fabulous and the service was fabulous highly recommend visiting this restaurant.
Trying to pass as fine dining NOT. Our waiter definitely needed better training terrible service. Long time to take our order, moved slow as molasses. wife's crab cake was cold. Sent it back just asked for couple of sliders no cheese instead. Of course they came back with cheese. Save your money go to Chili's get better service, better selection and food. Very disappointed we're locals could've been regular spot

There is not much about our lunch that attempts to be fine dining. As the manager who handled your complaints yesterday I must say that you sent crab cake back and ordered something different not because it was cold but because you didn't like it. We made the sliders you ordered and even let you modify the three course special menu that is $15 which we normally don't allow and you sent that back because you did not mention there was a dairy allergy. Wasn't sure what to expect as it was our first time here after the remodeling,,, we were pleasantly surprised! Service was great and the food was awesome!! Thanks for making our first visit a great memory!!! See y'all again soon !!
Great food, great view. I was totally happy until my exit. I stopped by to watch the sushi chef and show my daughter how her lunch was prepared. One chef wore gloves, the other was preparing ready to eat food with her bare hands. Gross...
Business response:
Sushi chefs rarely wear gloves to roll sushi because the rice sticks to the glove. This is common practice in many sushi restaurants. Health code permits the use of bare hand food preparation so long as proper hand washing guidelines are adhered to. There is a hand sink and soap dispenser located directly next to their rolling station under the bar top. We have not had any issues with sanitation and take it very seriously. Thank you for dining with us and we very glad you enjoyed your food and view!
WOW! Appetizers, sushi, Sea Scallop entrée w/ kale & cheddar grit fritter...everything off-the-hook awesome! Great food, great service & great view. One of my favorite upscale restaurants in SWFL!
