Tore our patio screen, cut our Internet, and popped the kitchen window out. And they're not done yet. ETA: Oct 8th, representative lied to my spouse and the property manager about damage they did during the remodel. Immediately proven wrong. Shame on you. Shame.
I am a resident of an HOA community that receiving roof maintenance services from Finnmark. During their time on site, I observed multiple safety and conduct violations that I believe warrant attention. Fall Protection Violations: Several workers were on roofs exceeding 4 feet in height without being tied off, which is a clear violation of Washington State safety regulations. Window Washing Service – July 17, 2025 Victor, Kevin, and two other team members arrived on July 17th, 2025, to perform window washing at our complexes. Throughout the entire service, they were kind, courteous, and highly professional. Despite some resident complaints about the heat and inconvenience. The team remained focused, respectful, and hardworking. Their dedication and positive attitude did not go unnoticed. Thank you all for your excellent work!
Their pressure washing guys scream and yell and sing while pressure washing my apartment, tell them to shut up
They have been working on a basic project in my apartment for months now. Everything we are informed about they go well past the expected dates. Have caused numerous issues throughout the apartments such as dropping windows, cutting internet wires, leaving holes in the walls that go to the exterior of the building.
