Fantastic service as a single item order from a non-account holder. They were helpful, timely and cared that I got what I needed.
so far my experience with the Victoria office is that they give you a lot of LIP service. They will tell you a time and NEVER ever ever come even close to a time. If they say 9am, plan for maybe the end of that day. There answer is always "he's on his way". Further they will order parts and never get in what they order. Suffice it to say if you need work done - they are indeed the CAT team on the island - but you are getting the "Island" level of service, attention, and communication. Great service
Scott in the parts department in Victoria, BC, is excellent!! Although he was unable to get me the part I needed he did his best to try to help me locate one elsewhere!! Even called back after getting off of the phone to give me a couple more suggestions. As a long time parts person myself, I really appreciate the dedication to customer service.
