Recently, I purchased a Ram truck from Finnicum. The headliner was loosely detached and making rattling noise. Several attempts to get Dodge to fix it, but without prevail. Although, it was still under manufacturer warranties. Got a customer follow-up text from Mike and I told him the situation. He advised me to take to the nearby body shop and they took care of it without cost. Great customer service!!!
I bought my car at Finnicum a little over a month ago and I couldn't be happier. I love the car and am happy with the service we received while shopping. I'm a bit of a difficult customer and not only were they patient with me they didn't try to pressure me or push me in any direction. I went to Finnicum because so many people recommend them and I would too.
Loved the whole car buying experience at Finnicum. We were never pushed or pressured into anything, and our payments were exactly where we wanted them to be. We plan to start car shopping within the next year, and Finnicum will definitely be our first stop!
