Do not waste your time with this dealership. The salesman was very deceitful and does nothing but lie ! After about a week of the salesman lying, I called on Saturday and he said he was working on the deal. We decided to go to the dealership and look at the truck and go for a test drive. When we arrived the salesman I had talked to on the phone 30min earlier was not even there and they would never show us the truck. They told us we would have to buy a new truck with rebates. Responded promptly to answer my question about vehicle availability.
I received a quick response to my initial inquiry, but then it didn't seem like they were too interested in working with me.
I wouldn't even give them a star but had to to send the review. I noticed an issue with reverse gear change. Advised dealer and he out truck in with mechanic. Few days later it was said that a recall came up on the truck and they had to fix it which they only had one mechanic and was backed up. Was told my truck was going to be ready on a Saturday morning. Saturday morning came and said they were still behind and truck would be ready no later than the following Tuesday. They did give me a rental since I sold my vehicle that ... read more
