Staff helped to get a deal done
This guy wasted my time and really don't recommend to deal with him The sales person got attitude and he keep you about 12 feet from his desk So everyone will hear you when say your social security number and finance info. He put everything in the computer by himself. But He brought the car I suppose to buy very filthy and smell very bad and dog hair was everywhere He said he will clean it after you buy it!!!!! Painless
Dealer responded quickly and was very helpful. I just decided it wasn’t worth driving that far for a truck.
Dealer contacted me, answered all my questions and said they would follow up in a few days but never did which was ok because I realized the vehicle had been in an accident. Very friendly.
Contacts dealer and asked for pictures of vehicle. Dealer wanted to schedule a test drive. I explained I needed to at least see pictures before I drove 90 miles. Still waiting for the pictures.
Quick response and was willing to find me something comparable..that one was sold
They were kinda dismissive because of the amount of money I had to work with, I mainly contacted them about the price of a vehicle they listed, I told them I wouldn’t of contacted them if they would of listed the price in their ad. When I submitted my search and what price range, this search brought up vehicle in my range and anything else that had no price listed. And that was the reason I contacted them.
No stars worth this dealership. They were horrible. I even spoke with the used car sales manager about my concerns, he was equally unconcerned and took no action to address the very poor customer service at his dealership. Do not go there to buy anything! My wife and I drove a long distance, I made an appointment with a salesmen that left the dealership before I got there. Passed us off to someone who was totally unprepared and knew nothing about why we were there, did not have the vehicle prepared. Kept us waiting for answe... read more
