I went in to get an oil/filter change, tire balance and rotation. It took them two hours which I felt was actually quite good. However, when it came time to pay, nothing was said about a 3% fee for taking a credit card. I noticed it after I got home and saw on a $221 service, they charged $6.63 for the "convenience" of me using my credit card. Jordan was polite, but unfortunately he provided completely incorrect information. He confidently told me that the dealership would not replace my cracked windshield and claimed he had called them hundreds of times and knew this as fact. Shortly afterward, Weisner Buick called to let me know they were ordering my windshield and replacing it under my insurance. Misinformation like this creates unnecessary frustration and confusion. One star. I brought my truck in for a straightforward oil change. They’ve handled every oil change on this vehicle. Then, I was told the screws were stripped and that I should pay to replace them. That makes no sense. They’re the only ones who’ve serviced it. Only after I questioned it did they agree not to charge me. That’s concerning and disappointing.
