Excellent service, everyone extremely courteous
I have absolute hell with getting my vehicle serviced. I dropped off my 2024 Blazer because my Antilock braking system was going out on the freeway. I let the service guy know that when I stopped the vehicle, it would reset and come on again. He told me that I would have to drop it off and they would get to it. He plugged up his machine and said he saw were I was getting the error. He then told me it was a “gremlin” in my car and they’d look at it. This was the worst service I ever experienced at a service center. The disrespect and attitude we experience is something we never expected from a service department. The inexperience service members they had was a joke! We literally drove to sugarland just to service all of our vehicles because of this. Totally a waste of time !!
It was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I have always used Classic Chevrolet for everything and never had my car held hostage for 45 days. I changed only because my sales person at Classic for many years is no longer available. (Currently we have 2 Cruises, 1 Equinox, 1 Silverado, 1 Malibu - that replaced a previous Malibu, and now my Blazer. I came to Finnegan only because of Bubba Alvarez and walked in preapproved.
