Terrible, this company subcontracts cheap installer & cheap materials, no supervision, you only will see the owner when he does the sales and when he picks ups the final check. DANGER!
Like a few others, I have a lot of problems with their customer service and common sense. Floors laid down not in direction I wanted (it was communication problem between owner (LEVI) and installers, furniture was left outside on balcony and not covered during rain and my passport was ruined (and Levi tried to blame me). Levi refused to caulk between the floor and sliding glass doors (insisting it was my contractors job). Levi tried to not install thresholds saying my contractor could do it. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, I have faith in people and small vendors, but what a mistake trusting this local vendor. I picked on this floor based on the look, little did I know that it will be this thing I regret everyday. First, after we moved in, the topping of the floor was peeling like wax! I had to move everything out so they can refinish a brand new floor, and really bad experience ( for 3,300 sqf), the attitude was so disrespectful by the owner.
