Dr. Finn removed 2 discs from my neck in Sep 1995 when I lived in Dallas when it was determined I had no spinal fluid near both discs. For almost 30 years I often think of him and how awesome the experience was at Baylor. Nobody can see I even had surgery because of how he went in through a crease in my neck. Dr Finn did a fusion of my L4L5S1 in Feb of 1994. I have had excellent results with my back ever since.
Dr. Finn did a 2 level cervical fusion on me many years ago. Absolutely stellar results, I was back at work before anyone thought I would be. It alleviated the symptoms that I was having and I haven't had any further problems. Very caring and personable.
Dr. Finn operated on me July 23. 1996. My 3cm Acoustic Neuroma was removed after an 11.5 hour surgery. Dr. Finn is an amazing doctor and I would recommend him to anyone.
My experience has been a living nightmare! First of all, every physician that reviewed my informed me that he did unnecessary surgery. I have fragments from his surgery around each jaw socket and it has shattered 16 of my teeth out. I live on morphine trying to endure the pain, but it's not touching it. I have spinal movements that are crippling and something that shocks a nerve in my neck until I'm in the floor vomiting. If you ever go in with him covering ER call, get up and LEAVE.

March, 2018. This man saved my life!!! I had to have emergency surgery (subdural hematoma)at Baylor. This Doctor is the best neurosurgeon at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. My recovery was fast, and no problems after surgery.
