I have been going to this location to see Lauren for over a year now and I left super annoyed and frustrated. Lauren always does a great job and today was a little behind as sometimes that happens. She was trying to hurry and catch up and the rude receptionist came up to me and told me I booked the wrong type of appointment for her. Not a huge ordeal but then at check out had the audacity to ask me to go get her some food jokingly but we don’t have that kind of banter where that was appropriate.
